XRP: Another Crypto? 🙄

So, this guy, James Wynn… apparently spent 24 hours researching XRP. Twenty-four hours! Like he’s solving the Riemann hypothesis. And then decides to dump a “significant portion” into it. What constitutes ‘significant’? Twenty-five dollars? It’s always 25 dollars. And he wants us to educate him about the risks? Honestly. The nerve! 😤

  • This Wynn character invests in XRP after a cursory 24-hour investigation. A day!
  • Ripple, they bought a company. Then gave it a new name. Very fancy. Ripple Prime. Prime!
  • Apparently, if Ripple does well, XRP does well. It’s like, duh. But people need to say it.

He thinks it’s going to “revolutionize banking systems.” Revolutionize! It’s digital money. It’ll probably just make things slightly more complicated and annoy a lot of people. And he admits it’s a gamble. Well, no kidding! Everything’s a gamble! 🤷

The whole thing just reeks of desperation, frankly.

I have decided to invest a SIGNIFICANT portion into XRP. ($25..+) Seriously? You had to add that? It’s so embarrassing.

I believe it could revolutionize the banking systems. It’s a gamble, as all investments are. Obviously. Why state the obvious?

Ripple and Their Endless Acquisitions

They bought Hidden Road, renamed it Ripple Prime. They just keep buying things! It’s like they’re building a digital empire…or just trying to distract us from something. Probably something. 🤔

Ripple has announced 5 major acquisitions in ~2 years. Five?! That’s a lot of meetings. A LOT. And I bet none of them went smoothly…

Brad Garlinghouse, the CEO – and I’m sure a lovely man – talks about an “Internet of Value.” What even is an Internet of Value? Sounds like something you’d order at a very pretentious restaurant. And the list of acquisitions…GTreasury, Hidden Road, Rail, Standard Custody, Metaco…It’s exhausting just reading it.

And of course, “XRP sits at the center of everything.” It always does, doesn’t it? It’s always about the XRP. 🙄

Analysts and Price Jumps

Someone named CrediBULL Crypto – fantastic name – points out Ripple has a vested interest in XRP going up. They hold a whole lot of it. Imagine having that many tokens. I can barely keep track of my grocery list. 🤦

And XRP jumped 5%! A whole 5%! I mean, good for them. But let’s not get carried away. It’s still crypto. It could all disappear tomorrow. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

So, Ripple’s expanding, Wynn is investing, and the price went up. It’s…something. I need a nap.
