Taiwanese crypto trader Machi Big Brother recently experienced significant losses in the unpredictable Ethereum market. He lost $500,000 worth of USDC on Hyperliquid when a price drop eliminated his Bitcoin and Ethereum investments, reducing his account balance to $138,000. Despite this setback, he quickly opened a new, highly leveraged position, betting $3.3 million on 1,600 ETH. This new trade is currently down $16,000, as Ethereum is trading around $2,075. Known as the “King of Crypto Liquidations,” Machi Big Brother has been wiped out over 300 times, resulting in total losses exceeding $75 million.
