Oh, here we go again. Avalanche’s network is out there, hustling and bustling-like it’s got something to prove-while the token, that fickle little thing, can’t decide whether it’s coming or going. It hits $25, then plummets back to $23.61, like a bad date that can’t make up its mind. The whole crypto market’s in a panic, all the coins on a rollercoaster, and Avalanche’s price is basically just along for the ride. 🤷‍♂️

Network activity? That’s the real star now

While prices are doing their best impression of a yo-yo, the network’s out there growing like a weed after a rainstorm. Data from Nansen shows transactions have exploded-more than doubling in just two weeks! From 500,000 to 1.3 million transactions a day. Yeah, it’s busy out there, folks. 🚀

Mostly, this all happened in two weeks-like Avalanche’s network was on a sugar high. Momentum? It’s cooling a little now, but the smart folks say it’s got potential for a breakout. Stablecoins and DeFi are fueling the engine, and who knows? Maybe it’s just waiting for its moment to shine.

Locking in some value-literally

DeFiLlama’s saying the total value locked (TVL) is creeping up since April, because apparently, people just can’t get enough of locking things up-like a bad habit. Plus, Avalanche’s got a new gig: tokenizing real-world assets. Now, the Scottish distillery Bowmore is launching whisky bottles on the blockchain. Because nothing says “sophistication” like a digital dram, right?

And let’s not forget, in July, Avalanche scored a cool $250 million RWA (Real World Assets) deal with Grove, and even got a Visa handshake-because, hey, if you’re gonna do global stablecoin settlement, you might as well do it in style.
