Trump’s Iran Threat: Will BTC Price Crash Again?

‘Iran Will Be Hit Very Hard Today,’ Warns Trump: How Will BTC’s Price React?

The conflict that began last Saturday between Iran and the US/Israel shows no signs of ending, even with demands from former President Trump for Iran to surrender without conditions.

Following Iran’s president dismissing the U.S. president’s demand for complete surrender as unrealistic, the U.S. president responded with new threats. However, Iran has also unusually apologized to neighboring countries for recent attacks on various locations.

As an analyst, I’m following the situation closely, and the President has significantly escalated the rhetoric regarding Iran. He’s directly warned of a strong response today, and went further by threatening potential targets – including people and areas previously considered off-limits – with total destruction and, frankly, dire consequences. It’s a very serious and concerning development.

Due to Iran’s actions, President Trump stated he is seriously considering targeting areas and groups of people that had not previously been considered as potential targets, potentially leading to widespread destruction and loss of life.

Last week, when the initial attacks occurred, the price of Bitcoin (BTC) quickly dropped from $67,000 to $63,000. It then recovered to $68,000 later that same day, particularly after news spread that the Supreme Leader of Iran had reportedly been killed in the attacks.

Throughout the week, the price continued to rise along with increasing uncertainty, peaking at $74,000 on Wednesday. However, it didn’t stay there for long. A disappointing jobs report released on Friday, combined with recent statements from Donald Trump regarding Iran and Cuba, caused the price to fall to $68,000.

Bitcoin (BTC) has remained stable today, continuing to trade around $68,000. However, things could become more unpredictable if recent threats made by Donald Trump materialize. This is especially true for the crypto market, as it’s unique in being open for trading even on weekends.
