The price of Bitcoin, that digital phantom everyone’s chasin’, well, it’s been feelin’ the weight of the world, hasn’t it? Been down under that hundred thousand mark now for eight days straight. Eight days! That’s longer than old man Tiber’s memory. 👴
It was tradin’ at ninety-two thousand two hundred twenty-nine, a hair better than yesterday, but don’t let that fool ya. It’s like a tired mule thinkin’ about runnin’ a race. A little perk, but the heart ain’t in it.
Big Folks Are Gettin’ Out
Seems the ones with pockets deep enough to float a battleship are unloadin’ their Bitcoin. The “whales,” they call ’em. More like sharks, really. Circlin’ and takin’ a bite before the water gets too murky. Checkonchain says these holders are sellin’ like there’s no tomorrow – 60,070 Bitcoin gone since August. That’s a lot of nothin’.
Old man Owen Gunden, been in this game since the beginnin’, sold it all. Every last one of his 2,499 Bitcoin. Twenty-two-eight million dollars worth. He’s seen the future, and apparently, he’s headed for a quieter pasture. 💸 BlackRock, too, movin’ a hefty chunk into Coinbase. Smart money gets outta the way of a comin’ storm, they say.
Even the Diggers Are Sellin’
And it ain’t just the big boys. The fellas actually makin’ the Bitcoin, the miners, they’re sellin’ too. Seventy-one thousand nine hundred Bitcoin gone in the last week. Costs money to keep those machines hummin’, you see, and when the price drops, it’s gotta come from somewhere. It’s a cold, hard world, even in the digital one. Mara Holdings chipped away another sixty-four-four Bitcoin. Gotta pay the bills, I reckon. 😂
Where Does it Stop?
Folks are watchin’ that eighty-eight thousand dollar mark like buzzards on a carcass. The SMI Ergodic Oscillator is paintin’ a grim picture, and the Relative Volatility Index is sayin’ things are gonna get bumpy. As if they weren’t already! 🎢
If that eighty-eight thousand breaks, well, we might be lookin’ at eighty-six thousand four hundred eighty-two. It’d take a strong push above ninety-three thousand four hundred twenty-eight to turn this ship around. Maybe a miracle? Or just a good ol’ fashioned dose of hopin’. This whole thing feels like watchin’ a slow-motion train wreck, don’t it? Just pray you ain’t standin’ too close to the tracks. 🙏
